Our goals include
- Building a professional pipeline;
- Building community and establishing a space for disabled legal professionals to discuss their experiences and receive support;
- Advocating for policies that support disabled legal professionals and prospective disabled legal professionals; and
- Elevating the voices and perspectives of disabled legal professionals.
We do this work by
- Creating resources for disabled legal professionals, employers, and others in the legal profession;
- Hosting events;
- Conducting advocacy;
- Running our mentorship program; and
- Providing direct support to our members.
